Shipping

GENERAL

All shipments are Freight on Board (FOB) in Pensacola, FL. Risk of loss is on the purchaser during transport and shipment. Title to, and ownership of all goods passes from War Dogs to the purchaser in Pensacola, Florida, and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipment. By arranging for transportation of the goods, War Dogs is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, the purchaser. By utilizing this service from War Dogs, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The purchaser represents that he/she is of lawful age and has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of the goods and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered.

DELIVERY

Most orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Please note that UPS does not consider Saturdays, Sundays or Federal holidays as business days. For example, if the order is made on a Friday, the order will then be shipped out on the following Monday if there are no processing issues.

Shipping and Handling cost is calculated based off current shipping rates.

We ship to U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
